canhelpto vs Intercom for MCP servers
Both let a customer reach support from an AI agent. Intercom's Fin Agent API exposes Fin as its own MCP server that the end user has to install next to yours. canhelpto mounts three support tools inside your server, so the ticket arrives with the account and the failed call already attached, and no second connector is needed. Intercom is the larger desk; canhelpto is the front door for the agent channel and, on Scale, forwards to a desk you keep.
