Terms of Service

1. Who we are and what you agree to
canhelpto (the "Service"), available at canhelpto.com, is operated by MVPHub LLC ("we", "us"), with registered address at 1111B S Governors Ave STE 29827, Dover, DE 19904, United States. By creating a workspace, installing the widget, calling the API, or mounting the support tools in an MCP server, you ("you", the "Customer") agree to these Terms. If you act for a company, you confirm you may bind it.
2. The Service
The Service is a customer support desk: a web widget, email and WhatsApp channels, a ticket inbox, feedback and ratings, an API, and support tools a vendor mounts inside its own MCP server so that its users can ask for help, open a ticket and read the answer from an AI agent. The Service also exposes an MCP server for the Customer's own team. Features vary by plan as described on the pricing page.
3. Accounts and keys
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email or phone. Each workspace has a public API key (the widget id, meant to be printed in your pages) and a service key (secret, for server-side calls and the team connector). You are responsible for keeping the service key secret and for every call made with your keys. Rotate a key you believe exposed; we can rotate it on request.
4. Plans, pricing and payment
The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans are priced per month as shown on the pricing page, excluding VAT, and billed in advance through our payment provider. Pilot terms agreed in writing prevail over the pricing page for their duration. Prices may change with 30 days' notice; a change applies from your next billing period. No refunds for partial periods unless the law requires otherwise.
5. Your customers' data
Tickets, replies, feedback, the context an MCP server attaches (account identifiers, client, tool calls and errors) and the knowledge base belong to you. You are the controller of your customers' personal data; we process it on your instructions as described in the Privacy Policy. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request for business customers and is incorporated when signed.
6. Acceptable use
You will not use the Service to send unsolicited messages, to collect data you have no right to collect, to store content that is unlawful, infringing or malicious, to probe or overload the Service, or to resell it without a written agreement. We may suspend a workspace that puts other customers or the Service at risk, and tell you why.
7. AI features
The Service uses AI to classify tickets, to draft replies for a person to send, and on paid plans to answer customers from your knowledge base when its confidence clears a level you set. AI output can be wrong. You review what reaches your customers, set the confidence gate, and remain responsible for the replies sent from your workspace. We do not use your data to train models.
8. Third-party services and AI agents
The Service connects to email providers, WhatsApp through a messaging provider, payment and hosting providers, and to AI assistants (such as Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor) through the Model Context Protocol. Those services have their own terms. What an assistant does with the data it reads from your workspace is governed by its provider's terms and your settings there.
9. Intellectual property
We own the Service, its code, design and documentation. You keep every right in your content. You grant us the licence needed to host, process and display your content to operate the Service. Feedback you give us may be used without obligation.
10. Availability and support
We aim for the Service to be available continuously but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Paid plans state a response time for support; the Free plan is supported on a best-effort basis through the help desk at [email protected]. Planned maintenance is announced where practical.
11. Warranties and liability
The Service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or EUR 100 on the Free plan. Nothing limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or what cannot be limited by law.
12. Termination
You can close a workspace at any time; data is deleted within 30 days of a written request. We may end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or at once for a material breach not cured within 14 days of notice. Sections 5, 9, 11 and 13 survive termination.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Delaware. Consumers in the European Union keep the mandatory protections of their country of residence, and may bring claims in their local courts.
14. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms; material changes are announced by email or in the dashboard at least 14 days before they apply. Questions: [email protected].
